Behind every smooth appointment is a strict, repeatable cleaning routine. Every instrument that touches a patient is single-use, autoclaved at high temperature and pressure, or chemically disinfected to a clinical standard.
Surfaces between every patient
Operatory surfaces — chair, lights, handpiece holders, screens — are wiped down between patients with hospital-grade disinfectant. Plastic barriers cover high-contact items so the underlying surface stays clean for the entire day.
Water, air, and hands
Water lines are flushed and treated regularly to keep them free of biofilm. Air filtration runs continuously, and the team follows a hand-hygiene routine that is logged and audited each week.
None of this is glamorous, but it is what makes a calm, predictable visit possible. We take it seriously so you do not have to think about it.
